Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reboko (the "Service") — a multi-channel AI business-assistant platform provided by [FILL-BEFORE-SUBMIT-LEGAL-NAME] (Reboko, registered in Azerbaijan). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Reboko helps businesses handle customer conversations, bookings, and sales across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and TikTok, assisted by AI reply generation. The Service includes a web dashboard, mobile applications, and supporting APIs. Features, limits, and pricing may change over time.

2. Accounts + Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or where required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or messages that violate the anti-spam rules of any connected channel (WhatsApp Business Policy, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, or applicable law).
• Contact individuals who have opted out, or fail to honor opt-out requests promptly.
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or otherwise harm any person.
• Process personal data of your customers in ways you are not legally entitled to (for example, without a proper legal basis under GDPR).
• Transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content, including content that violates intellectual-property rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or overload the Service, bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to resell access without written permission.

You are responsible for the content your business sends through the Service, including AI-generated replies. You are responsible for reviewing AI output for accuracy and appropriateness before it reaches customers where required.

4. Paid Subscriptions + Billing

• Paid plans are billed via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, and applicable taxes. Paddle's terms apply to the payment transaction.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from the in-app billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Refunds are handled per Paddle's published policy and per any legally required refund rights in your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, EU consumer law).
• Prices may change with reasonable prior notice. Price changes do not apply retroactively within a paid period.

5. Third-Party Channels + Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, TikTok, OpenAI, Paddle, Apple, Google, Cloudflare, and others). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions made by those platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

• Reboko retains all rights in the Service, including the dashboard, mobile apps, backend, branding, and documentation.
• You retain all rights in the content you submit (your business data, customer messages you store with us, uploaded files).
• You grant Reboko a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content strictly as necessary to provide the Service.

7. AI Output

The Service generates replies using AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated messages when required, for enabling or disabling AI replies per channel, and for honoring channel-specific disclosure rules. See AI Use for details.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement — to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reboko's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. Reboko is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer protections).

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Reboko against claims brought by third parties arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your content or messages sent via the Service, or (c) your violation of law or of the terms of any connected channel.

11. Termination

• By you: at any time, from More → Profile → Delete account in the app, or by emailing [email protected].
• By us: with notice for any breach of these Terms, or where we suspect abuse, illegal activity, or risk to the platform's integrity. Paid fees are not refunded for terminations due to breach.

12. Governing Law + Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where EU law so requires.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and via email to account owners at least 14 days before taking effect, unless earlier effect is required by law.
